Ericsson Dialog phone is a Swedish telephone model designed for office system and was first released in 1964. Ericsson Dialog phones are made for professional use. These phones are coming with full duplex system and multi functional ones. Handsfree speech and Acoustic Echo Cancellation (AEC) are best futures of this Dialog phone. A special key function allows easy switching between handset and headset use. Ericsson Dialog phone supports secretarial supervision configurations, key systems and traditional Call Center (ACD) group functions.

The new Dialog phone 4425 IP Vision, an advanced IP telephone featuring excellent sound quality and supporting full-duplex hands-free speaking with acoustic echo cancellation. These features overcome the traditional problems of using hands-free phones for multi-party calling from a single extension, and obviate the need for special conference phones.

The Dialog 4425 IP Vision has a built-in two-port Ethernet switch, which enables a single LAN switch port to be used for both the phone and a PC. It also has an integrated Wireless Application Protocol (WAP) browser, and offers simple phone configuration and updating of the local phone book, for example, through a Web-browser using its integrated Web server support.

The Ericsson Dialog DBY 419 Add On Module provides an extra 17 function BLF keys for Ericsson Dialog System Phones. Up to 4 extension modules can be linked in tandem to the 4223 and 4224 dialog telephones.
